Changes to Free and Standard plans in Jira Service Management
As of October 16, 2024, change management for Jira Service Management will move from Standard to Premium plans. After this point, only Premium and Enterprise plans will have access to this feature.
Existing projects in Free and Standard plans will continue to support existing request types and issue types. Read more about the plan changes.
The affected services field displays the service that triggered the change request. This service is linked to the CI/CD pipeline tool.
To manually add a service to the affected services field:
From your service project, go to Changes.
Open the change ticket.
Go to the Affected services field and add the service from the drop-down list provided.
Click the x to remove a service from the field.
The affected services field will not appear for those users who don’t hold a Jira license.
