Get started with Jira Service Management for admins
Your first stop for learning how to get started with Jira Service Management.
If you’re a customer who shifted your operations from Opsgenie to Jira Service Management, adding new instances of this integration isn’t possible in Jira Service Management. You can only edit the integrations that originally shifted from Opsgenie.
Use Jira Service Management's Statusy integration to forward Jira Service Management alert activity to Statusy. Users find out about alerts getting created, acknowledged, assigned, and closed without leaving Statusy.
When an alert action is occurred such as create, close, acknowledge or add a note in Jira Service Management, the information that is related to Statusy is posted to Statusy as a payload. Therefore, Jira Service Management alerts can be seen in Statusy.
To edit a Statusy integration in Jira Service Management, complete the following steps:
Go to your team’s operations page.
On the left navigation panel, select Integrations.
Search for your Statusy integration.
Edit the integration settings and rules as necessary.
Use the instructions in this section if applicable.
Visit the dashboard for the status page in Statusy, click Settings and then click Integrations from the drop down.
On the integrations page, click Create Integration.
Select the "Integration Type" as Opsgenie and the "Service" as one of the services created previously.
Click Create Integration.
Copy the Endpoint in the "Configuration" section and paste it into the Statusy URL field.
