Modify the icon for an object type
Assets in Jira Service Management is a Premium and Enterprise only feature. Learn more about Assets.
If you want to modify the icon assigned to an object type, you need to be logged in as a Jira admin.
You can modify the icon in the object configuration screen, or by clicking at the icon at the top-left in the object view.
To modify the icon in the object configuration screen:
Select Assets in the top navigation bar.
Select an object schema from the list.
Select an object type.
Select to the right of the object type, or select from the top-right.
Select Configure object type.
Under the General tab, select Icon.
Select the icon from the list.
To modify the icon in the object view:
From your service project go to Assets > Configuration.
Select an object schema from the list.
Select an object type.
Select the icon for the object type at top left.
(Optional) Enter an icon name to search for a particular icon.
Select the icon from the list.
