Get started with Jira Service Management for admins
Your first stop for learning how to get started with Jira Service Management.
Organizations can be viewed and managed directly from Jira Service Management product settings (only accessible by Jira product administrators). This is a useful tool to get oversight over all your customer organizations in Jira without needing to find the projects they’re attached to.

The organization detail page displays a list of all customers in an organization.

Go to Settings () > Products > Jira Service Management > Organizations.
Browse the list or use the search function to find the organization you’re looking for.
Select the organization name to open the organization detail page.
To create a new organization from Jira product settings:

Select Create organization to add a new organization.
Type your new organizations name and select Create.
