Get started with Jira Service Management for admins
Your first stop for learning how to get started with Jira Service Management.
To edit an existing canned response:
Open the issue view of a request.
Select Add internal note or Reply to customer.
Select Canned responses.
Search by name or scroll through the list of shared and personal canned responses to select the required response.
Select Edit and make the required changes to the name or response.
Select Save to update your canned response.
To delete an existing canned response:
Open the issue view of a request.
Select Add internal note or Reply to customer.
Select Canned responses.
Search by name or scroll through the list of shared and personal canned responses to select the required response.
Select Delete and confirm your action.
This will delete your canned response. If project admins delete a shared response, it will be deleted for all agents as well and they will no longer be able to use the deleted canned response.
