Set a default classification level for requests

Ensure your requests in a chosen project are always classified by setting a default classification level for that project. What is a default classification level?

You can set a default classification level for a project once your organization admin has set up classification levels for your organization.

You must be a project admin to set a default classification level.

To set a default classification level for a project:

  1. From your service project, select Project settings, then Data classification.

  2. Choose the classification level you want to use as the default for issues in this project.

  3. Select Save.
