Jira Cloud からデータをエクスポートする

Jira Cloud サイトのバックアップを作成します (添付ファイルを含む)。バックアップは、データの復元やリカバリ、Jira Data Center への移行に役立ちます。

Jira Cloud サイトのバックアップでは、次のデータをエクスポートできます。 

• Jira work items and field content (including system and custom fields)

• ボードおよびスプリント データ

• ユーザーとユーザー グループ設定

• コメント

• メディア ファイル (メディア添付ファイル、アバター、ロゴを含む) (選択した場合)

• Project configuration data (including workflows, global permissions, schemes, screens, custom field configuration, work types, and board configuration)

• Advanced Roadmaps

エクスポートできないデータ:

• 自動化ルール

• サードパーティ製アプリとアプリのデータ

• Opsgenie 搭載の Jira Service Management 機能 (Opsgenie URL を介してアクセスされるすべてのコンテンツ、およびアラートとオンコール スケジュールを含む)

• Jira Service Management 向けアセット

• 製品アクセス設定 (権限を適用するには、ユーザーをグループに追加する必要があります)。

• ビュー (Jira Product Discovery のビュー設定とインサイト)。

Jira データのバックアップはいつでも作成できます。ただし、添付ファイル、アバター、およびロゴを含めるように選択した場合、バックアップに 48 時間の間隔を空ける必要があります。

自動化ルールは自動ではエクスポートされませんが、自動化ルールを手動でエクスポート/インポートすることはできます。

Jira Cloud のバックアップを作成する

クラウドのバックアップを作成するには、次の手順を実行します。

1. [設定] () > [システム] の順に選択します。

2. [インポートとエクスポート] セクションで、[バックアップ マネージャー] を選択します。

3. [クラウドのバックアップ] から [クラウドのバックアップを作成する] を選択します。

You can tick the Include additional files option if you want to include work item attachments, user avatars, and project logos in the export.

バックアップが完了したら、[バックアップ ファイルのダウンロード] を選択します。

Jira Data Center のバックアップを作成する

データ センターのバックアップを作成する方法は以下のとおりです。

1. [設定] () > [システム] の順に選択します。

2. [インポートとエクスポート] セクションで、[バックアップ マネージャー] を選択します。

3. [サーバー用のバックアップ] から [サーバー用のバックアップを作成する] を選択します。

バックアップが完了したら、[バックアップ ファイルのダウンロード] を選択します。

チーム管理対象プロジェクトとデータ センター バックアップに関する注意事項

Jira Cloud 製品は、最新の機能や改善を常に適用するために定期的に更新されます。このような更新は、Jira Data Center 製品の最新のダウンロード可能バージョンとは完全に異なる開発ブランチで実行されています。一部の機能はクラウドと Data Center 製品間で互換性がありません。

たとえば、チーム管理対象プロジェクトは Jira Data Center に存在しません。使用可能なデータ センター バックアップを作成するには、Jira Cloud サイトからすべてのチーム管理対象プロジェクトを削除する必要があります。チーム管理対象プロジェクトの詳細をご確認ください。

We recommend moving important work items from these projects into data center-supported project templates (those administered by schemes). To do so:

1. Create new, data center-supported projects to receive work items from each team-managed project.

2. [設定] () > [システム] の順に選択します。

3. [インポートとエクスポート] セクションで、[バックアップ マネージャー] を選択します。

4. Under Backup for data center, select Move work items and follow the instructions to move important work items over to your new data center-supported projects.

Jira lists all your team-managed projects, links to filters that contain those projects' work items, and information about the project's owner to help you investigate what work items you may want to keep in your backup.

また、すべてのチーム管理対象プロジェクトを完全に削除できます。これを行うには、次の手順に従います。

1. [設定] () > [システム] の順に選択します。

2. [インポートとエクスポート] セクションで、[バックアップ マネージャー] を選択します。

3. [Backup for data center (データ センターのバックアップ)] で [Delete all team-managed projects (すべてのチーム管理対象プロジェクトを削除)] を選択します。

組織管理者はエクスポートをブロックできる

組織は、特定の製品インスタンスや特定の分類レベルのデータをエクスポートできないようにすることが可能です。

エクスポート ファイルを構成する

バックアップ ファイルを生成および解凍すると、以下のように出力されるはずです。

Note that database data is stored in both activeobjects.xml and entities.xml. work item attachments, user avatars and project logos are stored in corresponding directories. If you don't want to import attachments, avatars or logos to your new Jira Cloud site, you can remove the corresponding directory and then zip the modified directory tree before importing. 

Jira Cloud にバックアップ データをインポートする

1. First, we recommend splitting your cloud backup file into two separate files: a database file containing your activeobjects.xml and entities.xml, and a separate one for your attachments and other media. This can help avoid timeout errors and reduce the risk of work items when importing.

2. Once you've split your backup into separate database and media files, follow the instructions on importing work items to import them to cloud. 

3. インポート後、元のサイトにログインするために使用していたのと同じ管理者アカウントで新しい Jira Cloud サイトにログインします。

Jira Data Center にバックアップ データをインポートする

1. エクスポート ファイルを上記のように構成します。 

2. 「Jira Cloud から Jira Data Center に移行する」ページの手順を参照してください。

3. インポート後、sysadmin ユーザー名と対応するパスワードで Jira Data Center インスタンスにログインします。
