カスタム フィールドを設定する
カスタム フィールドに既定値を設定できます。また、ユーザー ピッカー フィールドに表示するユーザー数を制限できます。
カスタム フィールドに既定値を設定する
各カスタム フィールドに自動的に既定値を入力するよう選択できます。特定のタイプのカスタム フィールドでは既定値を使用できません。そのようなフィールドでは、これらの手順で既定値を設定できます。
Select > Work items.
[フィールド] で、[カスタム フィールド] をクリックします。
設定するカスタム フィールドを見つけて、 > [コンテキストと既定値] の順にクリックします。または、フィールドの画面またはコンテキスト リンク > [コンテキスト] > [コンテキストを作成、編集、または削除] の順にクリックします。
設定スキームのセクションで、既定値の編集 を選択します。
(たとえば、カスタムのストーリー ポイントで値を 4 に設定するなど) 既定値を入力し、[Set Default (デフォルトの設定)] をクリックします。
カスタム フィールドの選択リストまたは複数選択リストで、現在の既定をクリックして既定値をクリアできます。そのため、強調表示されなくなります。
ユーザー ピッカー フィールドに含めるユーザーを制限する
[User picker (single user) (ユーザー ピッカー (単一ユーザー))] と [ユーザー ピッカー (複数ユーザー)] カスタム フィールドを特定のグループまたはプロジェクト ロールに制限できます。ユーザーをフィルタリングする手順は以下のとおりです。
Select > Work items, then under Fields, choose Custom fields.
変更したいフィールドの [その他] () メニューを開き、[コンテキストと既定値] を選択します。
次の画面で、[Edit User Filtering (ユーザー フィルタリングを編集)] オプションを選択し、[Enable group or project role filtering (グループまたはプロジェクト ロールのフィルタリングを有効にする)] がオンになっていることを確認します。この設定により、このフィールドでは非アクティブなユーザーを使用できなくなります。
このフィールドをグループとプロジェクト ロールのどちらに基づいて制限するかを選択してから、このフィールドを使用させたいユーザーを選択します。
ユーザー ピッカーには、選択したグループとロールに属するユーザーのみが表示されます。この機能を有効にしても、グループやプロジェクト ロールを選択しないと、フィールドにユーザーは表示されません。
[追加] を選択して保存します。この作業を必要なだけ繰り返します。

When you create a custom field, a custom field context or custom field configuration scheme is automatically created. This lets you select the custom field’s language, default value, and which work types or projects the field appears in. You can create a new custom field context if you need to associate different default values and options with different projects or work types. Learn more about field contexts.
フィールドのコンテキストを表示するには、次の手順に従います。
