Atlassian Data Lake とは

The Atlassian Data Lake is a centralized database containing all your organization’s app data. It powers multiple experiences throughout Atlassian, and you can get direct access to the Data Lake’s data model from Analytics and data shares.

Data model available from Analytics

By connecting to the Data Lake, you get access to a structured data set, which is simple to query in Analytics. And because all your app data is available, it gives you quality information to filter and transform your data as you see fit. You can even blend data across apps and sites to create and customize dashboards and reveal meaningful insights about how teams across your organization use your Atlassian apps.

Data model available from data shares

Data shares let you read and extract data from the pre-transformed data model of the Data Lake, allowing you to transform the data as your organization sees fit and to integrate that data with your infrastructure. Read more about data shares.

Atlassian Data Lake のデータ権限

Once you create a connection to the Data Lake with Analytics, all your app data you’ve included in that connection becomes available to query or view.

Data permission in Analytics

選択した各アプリ インスタンスに対して、特定のプロジェクトを含めるように選択できますが、データの行レベルで権限を設定することはできません。そのため、組織内のユーザーが通常アクセスできないデータを見る可能性があります。

The visibility that you’ve applied to your Atlassian email address in your account settings also doesn’t apply to the Data Lake. If you’ve set the visibility to “Only you and admins”, others in your organization may be able to see your email address in Analytics.

そのデータにアクセスできるのは、次のようなユーザーです。

• データ ソースを照会できるユーザー

• チャートのデータ ソースを使用するダッシュボードを表示できるユーザー

Data permission in data shares

Unlike Data Lake connections in Analytics, the lowest granularity of data you can include in a data share is the app instance level. In other words, you wouldn’t be able to select specific Jira projects to include in a data share. Read more about creating data shares.

データ レジデンシー
