Jira での監査アクティビティ

Audit logs track key activities in Jira that can be viewed in the Jira administration console. This helps with diagnosing problems and maintaining security. If you notice unexpected changes in your Jira site, such as fields becoming mandatory, workflows being altered, or users being added to roles, the audit log can help you identify what happened and who made the change.

To view the audit log you need to have the Administer Jira global permission. How to change permissions

The audit log isn't available if all of your Jira Cloud apps are on the Free plan.

We released some improvements to the audit log in August 2024. Some events may not be visible in your audit log if they occurred before this update.

  1. Select Settings (), then System.

The audit log isn't intended to record all activity in Jira. The audit log is intended to record configuration changes that can impact users and spaces.

  • 監査ログを並べ替えることはできません。データを CSV ファイルにエクスポートしてスプレッドシート アプリケーションで開くことで、データを操作できます。

  • There's a known work item which prevents the Author field from displaying the username for changes that were made in the user management pages in Jira Cloud apps (including changes to users, groups, and application access). For example, events like users being created or assigned to groups won't include the username of the user who made the change.

監査ログ設定の編集

監査イベントの保持期間、および LDAP などの外部ユーザー ディレクトリからのイベントをログに表示するかどうかを構成できます。

  1. Select Actions, then Audit Log Settings.

  2. Select your retention period e.g. 6 months.

  3. Update the retention period and external user directory settings and select Save.

監査ログのエクスポート

最大 100,000 件のイベントを CSV ファイルとしてエクスポートできます。100,000 件以上の課題がある場合、最新の課題がエクスポートに含まれます。

監査ログをエクスポートする際、ページ内で監査ログ結果をフィルタリングしている場合でも、エクスポートには(最大数までの) すべてのイベントが含まれます。

  1. Navigate to the audit log and select Export.

  2. Confirm by selecting Export again.

監査と REST API

REST API を使用して監査ログにアクセスすることも可能です。この方法によって、次のことが可能となります。

  • 監査ログのエクスポート

  • 外部プラグインによってトリガーされたイベントを監査ログに追加すること

Investigate deleted work items using the audit log

When a work item is deleted, it's permanently removed from your Jira site. The audit log will show a deletion event, including the user who performed the deletion and the date and time. Deleted items can't be recovered unless you have a backup or export from before the deletion.

To search for a deleted item:

  1. Select Settings (), then System.

  2. [監査ログ] を選択します。

  3. Search for the event “work item deleted” or enter the work item key.

  4. Review the details to confirm if and when the item was deleted, and by whom.

Track user activity and security events

The audit log is a key resource for monitoring user management actions and investigating potential security incidents in your Jira site. The audit log records when users are added to or removed from projects, groups, or roles, as well as changes to user permissions.

To review user management events:

  1. Select Settings (), then System.

  2. [監査ログ] を選択します。

  3. Search for events such as “User management,” “Group changes,” or “Permission changes” to narrow your search.

  4. Review the event details to see who made the change, which user was affected, and when the change occurred.
