Create, edit, and delete project pages

Create a page

To create a page:

  1. Navigate to your project.

  2. In the project menu, select Pages.

  3. Create a Blank page from scratch, or choose a template.

  4. To publish your page, select Publish. Your page will appear in the project pages list and anyone with access to the Confluence space will be able to view it.
    To save the page as a draft, simply close it. Your page will appear in the project pages list, but only you will be able to see it.

Edit a page

To edit a page:

  1. Navigate to your project.

  2. In the project menu, select Pages.

  3. Hover over the page you want to edit in the Project pages list.

  4. Select the edit icon.

  5. Make your changes, then select Publish. Or, to save your edits without publishing, select Close.

Delete pages

Delete a published page

To delete a published page:

  1. Navigate to your project.

  2. In the project menu, select Pages.

  3. Open the page you want to delete, select the More actions button and select Delete.

Delete a draft page

Draft pages can only be deleted from the Confluence space.

To delete a draft page:

  1. Navigate to your project.

  2. In the project menu, select Pages.

  3. Above the project pages list, select the name of your Confluence space. It will open in a new tab.

  4. Find your page in the left hand menu and hover over it with your cursor, then select the More actions button and select Delete.
