Change or cancel your Trello plan with centralized billing

ワークスペースのプランを変更する

You’ll need to be a Workspace admin to change your Standard or Premium Workspace to another plan.

ワークスペースのプランを変更する方法は以下のとおりです。

1. Select the Trello logo in the header

2. [ワークスペース] を選択します。

3. Select Billing

4. Select Change plan to see the current upgrade and downgrade options for your Workspace

5. 希望のプランを選択します。

ワークスペースのプランを解約する

You’ll need to be a Workspace administrator to cancel your Trello Premium or Standard Workspace plan. 

ワークスペースのプランを解約する方法は以下のとおりです。

1. Select the Trello logo in the header

2. [ワークスペース] を選択します。

3. Select Change plan to see the current upgrade and downgrade options for your Workspace

4. Choose the Free plan

5. ワークスペース プランは請求期間の終了時に解約され、無料のワークスペースになります。

無料トライアルをキャンセルする

If a payment method is added, a Workspaces on a free trial will automatically convert to that paid plan at the end of the trial period. If no payment method is provided, the billing administrator will be given an option to select their preferred plan at the end of the trial.

To cancel the Workspace’s free trial immediately:

1. Select the Trello logo in the header

2. [ワークスペース] を選択します。

3. Select Change plan to see the current upgrade and downgrade options for your Workspace

4. Choose the Free plan

ワークスペースを無料版にダウングレードした場合の影響

請求期間が終了するまでは、ワークスペースで現在利用しているすべての有料機能を引き続き利用できます。請求期間が終了すると、次のようになります。

The 10 most active Workspace boards will remain open. Other boards will be closed, but not deleted. Extra boards can be closed or moved to a different Workspace before downgrading. How to reopen a closed board

有料機能のデータは非表示になりますが、削除されることはありません。ダウングレードする前にデータをエクスポートしてください。または、もう一度アップグレードするとデータが表示されます。
