System Health is available to customers in a beta program.
System Health allows you to set up incident notifications for impacting incidents. You’ll receive notifications every time there’s an update on an incident that has a confirmed impact on your organization. Read about System Health
Notification channels in System Health
Here’s a comparison of the notification channels available in System Health versus status.atlassian.com. System Health notifications allow you to subscribe to impacting incidents only, while status.atlassian.com notifications are sent for all incidents, including general advisories.

システム ヘルスでメール通知を設定する
To enable email notifications in System Health, select Notifications settings > Send emails about incidents.
Once enabled, you will begin receiving email notifications from System Health.
