Here’s a comparison of the notification channels available in System Health versus status.atlassian.com. System Health notifications allow you to subscribe to impacting incidents only, while status.atlassian.com notifications are sent for all incidents, including general advisories.

Set up email notifications in System Health

To enable email notifications in System Health, select Notifications settings > Send emails about incidents.

Once enabled, you will begin receiving email notifications from System Health.
