移行前チェックとレビューを行ってから、Jira 移行を実行する
移行計画を作成すると、データをクラウドに移行できることを確認するための一連の移行前チェックが Jira Cloud Migration Assistant によって実行されます。
以下のような項目がチェックされます。
Cloud apps are installed in the destination site
ユーザーとカスタマーが一意の有効なメール アドレスを持っていること
ユーザーまたはストレージの上限を超えていないこと
移行前チェックを実行する
移行前チェックを実行する方法は以下のとおりです。
[移行前チェック] 画面が表示されるまで移行計画を進めます。
移行ダッシュボードで移行計画の詳細を確認します。
移行前チェックを実行する間の時間を節約する
時間のかかる移行前チェックが再度実行されるのを防ぐには、Jira Cloud Migration Assistant を最新バージョンにアップグレードしてください。
In the latest version:
You can resolve some data preparation errors by downloading a separate CSV file, entering the required data, and upload the file back to resolve the error.
The results of successful pre-migration checks are stored to improve efficiency, which helps speed up future checks and saves time.
注意:
移行日の少なくとも数日前に移行前チェックを実行することをお勧めします。 これによって、次が保証されます。
データに加えられたすべての変更が検証され、キャッシュに保存されます
移行前チェックの実行時間が最小限に抑えられ、移行当日の時間が節約されます
キャッシュされた結果は 30 日間のみ保存されます。その後は自動的に削除され、すべてのチェックが再度実行されます。

Stopping running pre-migration checks
You can stop the pre-migration checks under the ‘data preparation’ category for your plan if it appears to be stuck, taking too long to complete, or if you’ve changed your mind about what data you want to migrate.
After you’ve stopped (it may take a few minutes to take effect) the data preparation pre-migration checks, this action cannot be reversed.
次のことをお勧めします。
Contact your Migration Partner or Atlassian if you are seeing:
pre-migration checks frequently taking too long
pre-migration checks frequently failing due to server errors (i.e. not due to the data errors)
data preparation pre-migration checks failing to stop after the button is pressed
You can find the Stop button at the bottom of the Pre-migration checks screen when data preparation checks are running. All other types of checks cannot be stopped and will continue running until they complete, and/or if the plugin is restarted.
移行の確認
チェック結果を確認して問題を修正したら、移行の確認に進むことができます。
移行を確認する方法は以下のとおりです。
[移行の確認] 画面が表示されるまで移行計画を進めます。
移行ダッシュボードで移行計画の詳細を確認します。
移行を確認するときは、移行前レポートをダウンロードすると便利です。注意が必要な問題だけでなく、移行しようとしているデータに関する多くの詳細も表示されます。
移行を実行または保存する
移行の詳細を確認したら、その移行を実行または保存できます。どちらの場合も、移行はダッシュボードに保存され、その移行を実行すると決めた場合は詳細を確認したり、進捗状況を監視したりできます。
移行を実行するには、[実行] を選択します。
後で使用できるように移行を保存するには、[保存] を選択します。
移行ダッシュボードに移動し、移行を確認したり進捗状況を監視したりできます。
