期限切れの Server ライセンスで Cloud に移行する
Server ライセンスと保守が期限切れの場合も、引き続き、追加費用なしで Cloud に移行できます。Server をご利用で保守期間が切れているお客様向けに、60 日間の無料 Cloud 移行トライアルを提供しています。
アップグレードおよび移行でのトライアル ライセンスの使用
If you choose to upgrade your server instance with a Data Center trial license and the trial expires, your server instance will become read only. This means you won’t be able to add or edit any data on your instance. To avoid any disruptions to your daily operations, we strongly recommend using a testing instance for the trial upgrade.

If you're on an unsupported version and don't have active maintenance on your Server license (which is needed to upgrade), you can use a free trial license to upgrade in preparation for the migration. Go to my.atlassian.com and sign up for a free evaluation license for the Data Center product you're migrating.
You can no longer create new Server trial licenses, but you can use Data Center trial licenses, generated from my.atlassian.com, in Server installations.
Note that Server and Data Center evaluation licenses last for 30 days. If you need more time to complete your migration, no problem – you can extend your license to 90 days upon request.

Read the documentation for the Data Center version you’re currently running (for example, version 7.7). You can check this using the dropdown menu in the top right of the page.
