Set up user permissions for team members

Only Statuspage site and org admins can see and edit user permissions.

To give users admin permissions, see this documentation for what to do in Atlassian admin.

Take these steps to select which pages on your site team members should have access to.

For sites with only one page, everyone can create new pages and invite new team members.

  1. Click your avatar in the bottom left of your screen.

  2. Select User management from the menu.

  3. Find a team member to set permissions for and click See permissions.

  4. Select at least one page to grant this team member access to.

  5. Click Save.

The team member will now have access to manage the pages the account owner selected for them. User permissions can be edited by the account owner at any time, and the changes will take effect immediately.
