Cancel your subscription

Canceling your subscription will look slightly different to users who join Statuspage after December 13th, 2020. You’ll need to contact our support team to cancel your subscription. Cancellation won’t take effect immediately, instead, you’ll have access to your page until the end of the billing period. To reactivate your page, contact support.

1. Click your avatar in the bottom left corner of Statuspage from any screen.
2. Click Billing.
3. Select the page you want to cancel your subscription for.
4. Click the link that says Click here to cancel this page's subscription.

Canceling your account is effective immediately. Your page will become inactive, and no credit is given for the remaining time on your subscription. Contact support if you want your account data permanently deleted.

Refunds

Per the Atlassian refund policy, we are only able to offer refunds within the first paid month of service for monthly subscriptions, and within 30 days of payment for annual subscriptions. After these periods, we cannot offer refunds.
