Common questions about Statuspage billing

My Statuspage subscription includes Atlassian Access. How do I view the invoice for Access?

If you’re on the Startup, Business, or Enterprise plan for Statuspage, your team members get SSO with Atlassian Access for no additional charge.

However, if you have users on other Atlassian products that are not part of your Statuspage plan, there will be a charge for Atlassian Access. To view your bill:

  1. Log in to admin.atlassian.com and choose your organization.

  2. Go to Billing > Manage subscriptions

I am new to Statuspage. How do I understand the basics?

How long do I have on a free trial?

You get unlimited trial time to try out your public Statuspage. To publish your public page so page viewers can see it, select one of our plans (including our Free plan).

For private and audience-specific page trials, you get 30 days to try out your page’s features.

How do I find out when my trial will end?

You get unlimited trial time on a Statuspage public plan trial.

What does page activation mean?

You activate a page by switching from trial to either the Free plan or one of the paid plans.

 

How do I check when I’ll be billed next?

You're billed on the same day each month (for monthly subscriptions). Check your past invoices to see when you’ll be billed next, or contact our support team for your next billing date.

 

How can I change my plan?

If you’re subscribed to a monthly plan, you can change your plan at any time by visiting your page’s billing section. If you are on an annual Statuspage plan, contact us to change your plan.

Where can I find Statuspage billing receipts?

If you are looking for historical invoices (ones you’ve already paid), you can find them in the Billing history section of the Statuspage management interface.

 

I have an annual subscription. Where can I find my invoices?

Contact our support team for a copy of your invoice.

 

Who is an invoice recipient?

An invoice recipient receives all Statuspage invoices and is responsible for payment.

 

How do I cancel my Statuspage subscription?

Contact our support team to cancel your subscription.

 

Am I eligible for a refund if I cancel my Statuspage subscription?

You're eligible for a refund if you cancel the plan within the first paid month of service for monthly subscriptions, and within 30 days of payment for annual subscriptions.

 

How do I get a refund if I cancel my subscription?

Per the Atlassian refund policy, we are only able to offer refunds within the first paid month of service for monthly subscriptions, and within 30 days of payment for annual subscriptions. See Cancel your subscription.

 

How do I switch to an annual Statuspage subscription?

Please contact Atlassian support if you want to switch to an annual Statuspage plan.

 

How do I reactivate my canceled subscription?

How do I update my page type settings (Private/Public/Audience specific) while in a paid subscription?

On a trial plan you can switch your page type by following the instructions on: Switch your trial plan.
