Trello でシャドー IT を管理する
Organization admins can prevent managed accounts from signing up for Trello by using app request settings found in Security > App requests at admin.atlassian.com.
This feature is available for organization admins who have Jira, Jira Service Management, or Confluence Enterprise plans. If you have any of these Enterprise plans, you also get app request settings for Trello.
App request settings
[Require admin review (管理者によるレビューが必要)] を有効にすると、管理対象アカウントは Trello にサインアップできなくなり、代わりにアクセスをリクエストするよう求められます。管理対象アカウントがアクセスをリクエストすると、リクエストをレビューするためのメールがすべての組織管理者に送信されます。

Review app requests
When reviewing a app request, we recommend that you contact the user to learn more about their request. You can update the status of the request to show your progress.
Marking a pending request as Resolved does not automatically allow access to the requested app.
