動作が遅いボードのトラブルシューティング

Trello は開いているカードと添付ファイルをボードを開くたびに読み込む必要があるため、開いているカードが多数あるボードでは読み込み時間が長くなり、一般的にユーザビリティが低下する可能性があります。どの Trello ボードでも、開いているカードは 1,000 枚未満にすることをお勧めします (カードに添付ファイルやチェックリストが多数ある場合は 500 枚以下)。

To quickly check how many cards are on your board, open the filter menu and enter an asterisk (*) in the keyword field. This will display all cards on the board, and the total count will appear at the top of the results.

ボードの読み込みが遅いことに気付いた場合は、パフォーマンスを向上させるために次の操作を行うことをお勧めします。

古い/未使用のリストをアーカイブする

If you have lists that you're no longer using every day, you can archive the list from the board. This will stop it from showing each time you open the board, but will allow you to un-archive the list if you ever need to, and to still search for those cards.

If you still need the list that the cards are on, but some of the cards themselves don't need to be actively referenced, you can archive individual cards (or archive all of the cards in the list at once in the list dropdown menu, leaving the list itself in place).

If you are actively using all of your cards and lists, you can create a new board and split your content into multiple boards. This is helpful if you want an easily-referenced history board, or if a project has expanded beyond its original scope. Once you've made the new board, move the relevant lists to the new board.
