1. Trello のプライバシー ポリシーの変更点

Trello has released an update to our Privacy Policy which goes into effect on 2018年05月25日. Our new policy is more user-friendly and addresses new data regulations (including GDPR). The most significant changes in the new policy are explained below:

• ナビゲーションが向上して、用語もよりわかりやすくなりました。重要な情報をより簡単に見つけられるように、明確な言葉、見出し、リンクを採用してポリシーを刷新しました。必要に応じて、アトラシアンの活動を説明する例を追加しました。

• More details on how we integrate our apps and share information. We are always working to improve our apps, and the updates to our policy describe ways we’ve made our apps more personalized, smarter, and more integrated with other apps that you may use. The revised policy also explains how and why Atlassian and Trello share data.

• お客様の情報のより詳細な制御。アトラシアンでは、お客様のデータをお客様自身でより簡単に制御できるように取り組んでいます。アトラシアンのポリシーでは、お客様のデータの取り扱い方法、そしてその情報を安全に保つためにアトラシアンが導入している方策について案内しています。

• Trello の業務使用。雇用主などのサードパーティ機関が管理しているメール アドレスを、Trello アカウントに追加している場合があります。このようなアカウント、アカウント管理者が利用できるツール、管理対象メール ドメインの取得とアカウント管理について説明しています。

2. GDPR とは何ですか? 準拠のための Trello の取り組みについて教えてください。

GDPR は General Data Protection Regulation (一般データ保護規制) の略称で、2018年05月25日 に発効されました。これまで EU 各国に存在していたプライバシーとセキュリティに関する国内法令に置き換わるものであり、EU を発信源とする個人データの使用、共有、転送、処理を統制する、EU 全体を対象とした 1 つの包括的な法律です。

3. データの収集または共有対象から自分を除外できますか?

You have certain choices available to you when it comes to your information. You can exercise some of the choices by logging into our services and using settings available within the services.  Where our services are administered for you by an administrator, you may need to contact your administrator to assist with your requests first. Trello’s updated Privacy Policy summarizes those choices, how to exercise them and any relevant limitations. 4. 自分の個人データのコピーをダウンロードできますか?

You can export data from your boards using functionality with our services.  Also, should you request it, we will provide you with an electronic file of your basic account information.  Please see the section " How to access and control your information" in ourPrivacy Policy for more information on these choices and any relevant limitations

5. Power-Up などのサードパーティ製アプリは、プライバシー ポリシーの対象に含まれますか?

サードパーティ製アプリのポリシーと手順については、Trello では制御されません。また、Trello のプライバシー ポリシーでは、サードパーティ製アプリによる個人データの使用については触れていません。サードパーティ製アプリケーションやサービスの利用前にそれらのサードパーティのプライバシー ポリシーをご参照のうえ、プライバシーの理念や情報処理の手順を確認することをお勧めします。
