Trello for Gmail アドオン

Trello for Gmail アドオンは、ボードと受信トレイをつなげることで生産性を最大化します。Web 上でも Gmail モバイル アプリ上でも、受信トレイを離れることなく新しいカードを作成できます。セールス リードを追跡、顧客フィードバックを管理、またはイベントを整理する際、Trello for Gmail アドオンは、受信トレイに大量のメールが殺到するのを抑えて、メール内の重要な情報が失われないようにするための優れた方法です。

インストール

Trello for Gmail アドオンをインストールするには、次の 2 つの方法があります。

1. Directly from the G Suite Marketplace: while logged into the account you want to use the Trello for Gmail add-on with, visit the G Suite Marketplace. Click "Install" and then follow the prompts granting the add-on access. Return to your Gmail inbox, refresh the page, and then click on a message. The Trello for Gmail add-on will load in the panel on the right sidebar.

2. Directly from your new inbox: If you're using the new version of Gmail, you'll notice a plus icon on the right sidebar. Clicking this button will open the G Suite Marketplace and allow you to install the add-on without leaving your inbox.

Trello for Gmail アドオンをインストールすると、個々のメールを表示しているときに、Trello ロゴが右側のパネルに表示されます。メールを開いた状態で Trello ロゴをクリックすると、アドオンが開きます。 

ここから、カードを作成するボードとリストを選択できます。時間を節約できるようにメールの件名が自動でカード名に、メールの本文がカードの説明になります。どちらもカードの作成前に編集できます。 

準備ができたら、下部にある緑色の [追加] ボタンをクリックすると、指定したボードにカードが作成されます。 

アドオンからログアウト

Gmail アドオンでは一度に 1 つの Trello アカウントのみがサポートできて、Gmail アドオンで Trello からログアウトすることで別のアカウントに切り替えられます。

メールを開いて Trello ロゴをクリックし、アドオンを開きます。アドオンの 3 点アイコン > [ログアウト] の順に選択します。 

アドオンのアンインストール  

In order to uninstall the Trello for Gmail add-on, go to Manage Apps in the G Suite Marketplace, click on the three-dotted menu and click "Remove".
