Remove a member from a Workspace

You must be an admin of the Workspace to remove Workspace member.

To remove a member from a Workspace:

  1. Go to the Workspace members page.

  2. Find the user and select Remove.

  3. Select Remove from Workspace in the dropdown menu.

By default, removing a person from the Workspace will remove them from all boards in the Workspace.

To keep a person on their boards, uncheck the checkbox before you select Remove from Workspace – this will convert them into a Workspace guest.

Remove yourself from a Workspace

You will always be able to remove yourself from a Workspace. To remove yourself from a Workspace:

  1. Go to the Workspace members page.

  2. Find yourself, and select Leave.

If you are the only admin of a Workspace, you will need to make someone else an admin before you can leave or delete the Workspace.

Remove users with Premium and Standard

有料プランのワークスペースでメンバーを削除すると、サブスクリプションのライセンスが解放され、これを別のユーザーに付与できます。

新しいメンバーの招待には最大 24 時間待ってから、システムで正確なシート数を記録させ、お支払い方法に追加料金が請求されないようにすることをお勧めします。
