Activate AI for your Trello Workspace or Enterprise

Activate or deactivate AI in your Standard or Premium Workspace

AI is automatically activated in all Standard and Premium Workspaces unless you have opted out of this experience before 9 July 2024. However, AI can be deactivated or re-activated at any time by following these steps.

Yes - as AI is only available for Standard, Premium and Enterprise, you will lose access to AI on the Workspace you downgrade, as well as any features that are included in your subscription. You can see which features come with each Trello subscription at https://trello.com/pricing

Nope! We’ve already recorded that you do not wish to have AI automatically activated so we will not automatically activate it for you in Trello.

I didn’t opt out of AI being automatically activated for me before 9 July 2024, and now it’s active in my Premium Workspace / Enterprise. Can I still deactivate it?

Yes, you can deactivate AI by following the steps in this help doc. We will not automatically re-activate AI for you once you’ve deactivated it.
