Migrate Statuspage to use Atlassian accounts
Learn everything you need to know to migrate you and your team to Atlassian accounts.
You must be using an audience-specific page to import users. If you are trying to import subscribers, check out this documentation instead.
Importing multiple CSV files simultaneously is not supported. If you attempt to import users while another import is in progress, you will not be able to until the ongoing import is finished.
Import errors may occur when you upload the CSV file for a few different reasons.
After an import has failed, you will see one of the three error messages described below.
This error means there was an unknown error preventing the import of some users, but some amount of users were imported successfully.
Click the See error column in CSV link. The CSV file you uploaded will open.
Check the farthest right column to view what errors occurred. These error messages will describe what the issue is and how to fix them.
Fix the errors that appear in each row as instructed by the error messages.
Delete the error column once issues are resolved.
Save the CSV file.
Reupload the file. Follow the instructions in How to import audience-specific users (link) if you need help.
Correcting all the errors listed allows you to re-upload for a successful import.
This error means the wrong import template was used.
Download the import template (link)
Add user details and access to the template (if you include existing users, we won’t make changes to their data).
Click Choose file and select the CSV file you modified (20MB file size limit, xlsx not supported).
Click Upload.
Using the template allows you to re-upload for a successful import.
This error means that none of the users were successfully imported and tells you how many errors occurred.
