Migrate Statuspage to use Atlassian accounts
Learn everything you need to know to migrate you and your team to Atlassian accounts.
Click your avatar in the top right of the Statuspage management interface.
Select Billing.
Select the page you want to cancel your subscription for.
If you see Cancel the subscription under your billing details:
Select Cancel the subscription.
Select Confirm.
Cancellation will go into effect at the end of your current billing period. Contact support to reactivate your billing.
If you see Click here under your billing details:
Select Click here.
Select OK.
Cancellation will go into effect immediately. Your page will become inactive, and no credit is given for the remaining time on your subscription. Contact support if you want your account data permanently deleted.
Per the Atlassian refund policy, we are only able to offer refunds within the first paid month of service for monthly subscriptions, and within 30 days of payment for annual subscriptions. After these periods, we cannot offer refunds.
