Who has access to the FastShift portal?
The portal can be accessed by:
Any customer with an Atlassian Cloud license.
Cloud-Specialized Partners who are guiding customers on their migration. More about working with Cloud-specilaized partners
How do I access the FastShift portal?
To access the portal, you need to have an Atlassian Cloud license and an Atlassian ID that is used to login to the Atlassian portal. Read how to log into your FastShift portal
I’m looking to migrate to Atlassian apps on my own. How can I use the FastShift portal?
Once you’ve logged into the FastShift portal, you'll be able to:
View your active migration support tickets and track their progress.
Access our library of migration resources and learn about different migration steps.
Use our Rovo-based AI chat to get immediate assistance with migration-related questions.
If you require additional assistance, you can open a support ticket from the portal. Our team will review your request and provide the necessary support.
I’ve opted for the FastShift program. How do I use the portal?
Once you sign up for the FastShift program, a dedicated FastShift team is assigned for customers migrating > 1k seats to assist with your migration process. Read about the FastShift program inclusions
Your FastShift champion will create a customized dashboard and a calendar to track the timeline, key migration milestones, and progress. You’ll have access to your migration assessments, plans, and tasks through the portal.
In addition to this, you’ll also be able to:

What migration support tickets can I view with my portal access?
Your access to migration support tickets depends on your permissions. Organization administrators can view and edit all migration support tickets, whereas site administrators can only view and edit migration support tickets limited to their cloud site.
Migration support
As a FastShift customer, how can I use the portal to contact my FastShift team?
You will have access to a list of migration support tickets. If you have questions or comments, you can add them to the relevant ticket, and the FastShift team will assist. You can also open new support tickets for the FastShift team.
Why can’t I see any calendar and timeline views in my FastShift portal?
Customers who have opted for the FastShift program will have access to the calendar and timeline views of their migration plan.
If you’re a FastShift customer and you don’t see the calendar and timeline views of your migration, contact your FastShift Champion to create an “As-a-Team” space and record your migration plan as a calendar.
I need help with my migration. How can I request assistance?
You can find all our self-help migration resources in the Resources section of the portal. You can also ask our Rovo-based AI chat assistant to help answer migration-related questions.
If you opt for the FastShift program, you can add comments to your migration support tickets or open a support ticket to ask your FastShift team for assistance directly.
