Check out some use cases where you can connect automation flows to third-party applications in our automation template library.

You can create connections from Automation (via your automation flows) to third-party applications with which Atlassian has a supported integration. This link allows your flows to perform actions or interact with other applications such as sending or retrieving data, or triggering events.

If you can’t find an application in our list, you can use the Incoming webhook trigger, which is a way for a third-party to trigger an automation flow. The webhook can specify work items to act on, or even provide real-time data you can use to update an work item.

発信用 Web リクエスト

The Send web request action allows you to send arbitrary web requests to integrate with any API. The response can then be used in subsequent actions.
