Permissions required to manage automation flows

Space automation

By default, all space admins can create and manage automation flows for their spaces. To be a space admin, they’ll need the following permission:

• Company-managed spaces: Anyone with the Administer spaces and Browse spaces permissions can create and manage automation flows for their space. Learn more about permission schemes

• Team-managed spaces: Anyone with Administrator access can create and manage automation flows for their space. Learn more about permissions for team-managed spaces

Stop space admins from creating and managing automation flows for their space

Global admins can disable the ability for space admins to create and manage flows. However, system flows will still be created when a space is created. Read more about system flows

1. Select Settings (), then System.

2. [グローバル自動化] を選択します。

3. Select More actions (), then Global configuration.

4. Use the dropdown to choose specific users and groups, or uncheck Allow space administrators to manage space flows to remove the ability for space admins to create and manage flows for their spaces.

Anyone who has the Administer Jira global permission can create and manage automation flows across all of Jira. Learn more about global permissions in Jira Cloud.

Once Operations are enabled for their teams, all Operations admins can create and manage automation flows. Read more about Operations.

Operations admins are different from team admins. Anyone with the user role Admin in a team’s Operations is an operations admin. Read more about member roles in operations.

Stop non-admins from creating and managing recurring work automation flows

Global admins can turn off the ability for non-admins to create and manage recurring work flows.

1. [設定] ()、[システム] の順に選択します。

2. [グローバル自動化] を選択します。

3. [その他のアクション] ()、[グローバル設定] の順に選択します。

4. Uncheck Allow non-admins to create recurring flows

既存の繰り返し作業の自動化は、手動で削除する必要があります。
