Confluence で自動化ルールを作成する
Rules are automated workflows constructed in an “If This, Then That” format.
Each rule is made by combining different types of components: triggers, conditions, branches, and actions. Think of components as the building blocks of a rule. (If you’ve used automation in other non-Atlassian products, you may have also seen this described as the ingredients that make a recipe.)
自動化に移動する
ルールを作成するには、管理者はまずルールが機能する場所の Confluence の自動化に移動する必要があります。
Site admins and Confluence admins can create and enable rules that function across Confluence in Global automation.
Space admins can create and enable rules for individual spaces in Space automation.
While you may not think of yourself as an administrator, if you have a personal space you’re an admin of your space!
グローバル自動化に移動するには
サイト管理者および Confluence 管理者のみがグローバル自動化を表示できます。
Select the wheel icon () in the top-right corner to open Confluence administration.
左側のナビゲーションで [管理ツール] を探します。
[自動化] を選択します。
スペース自動化 (スペース管理者) に移動するには、次の手順に従います。
スペース管理者のみがスペース自動化を表示できます。
ルールを作成するスペースに移動します。
サイドバーで [自動化] を選択します。
[Automation] カードから [ルール] を選択します。
ページからスペース自動化にアクセスするには (スペース管理者)、次の手順に従います。
自身が管理者であるスペースに移動します。
ページを閲覧モードで開きます。
右上のツールバーで稲妻アイコンを選択するか、 a を押します。
Confluence 管理またはスペースの設定に「自動化」が表示されない場合は、次の理由が考えられます。
You're on the Space Overview page, a whiteboard, or a database. The automation icon appears only on pages in view mode.
現在ログインしているスペースの管理者でない (スペース自動化の場合)。
サイト管理者または Confluence 管理者でない (グローバル自動化の場合)。
チームが Cloud Standard または Cloud Free に登録している – 自動化は Confluence Premium の機能です。
Once you’re in Global automation or Space automation, there are two ways to create rules:
テンプレートから始める
ルール ビルダーでルールを最初から作成する
テンプレートからルールを作成する
ルール テンプレートはページ テンプレートと同様に機能します。事前に選択された適切なコンポーネントを左側のルール チェーンに配置した状態から、作成を開始できます。
テンプレートからルールを作成するには、次の手順に従います。
Select the automation Templates tab.
ルール テンプレートを選択します。
(オプション) ルールを改名して、ルールの詳細を設定します。
このステップはあとでも行えます。
左側のルールの要約によって、次のように編集します。
ルール チェーン内の各コンポーネントを選択してその動作を確認し、設定します。
Select Add component to add more conditions, branches, or actions.
Select Rule details to change the name and default functionality settings (like Owner and Actor).
When your rule is complete, select the Turn it on button (at the top) to save and enable it.
ルール チェーンには、ルールの指示が含まれています。ルールを有効にすると、コンポーネントは上から下に表示される順序で実行されます。
ドラッグ & ドロップで並べ替えます。カーソルを合わせて [X] を選択し、削除します。
この機能ではコンポーネントを任意の順序で追加できますが、必ずしもどの順序でも機能するわけではありません。
After you enable your rule, confirm that it runs successfully by viewing Status in the automation audit log.
When you select Turn it on, your rule will save and you’ll return to the automation Rules tab. The name of your new rule will appear in the rules table, in alphabetical order. When new rules are created, they are enabled by default. If you don’t want your rule to begin running yet, find the row with the name of your rule and toggle the Enabled switch to the off position.
ルール ビルダーでルールを作成する
ルール ビルダーでは、(ライブラリのテンプレートに頼らずに) 新しいルールを最初から作成できます。イベントのトリガーから始めて、コンポーネントの追加と構成を順番に行えます。保存した各コンポーネントは、左側のルール チェーンに表示されます。
ルール ビルダーでルールを作成するには、次の手順に従います。
Select the Create rule button in the top-right of automation.
Select a trigger.
Configure it (if needed) and Save it.
Select the component type (condition, branch, or action) you’d like to add next.
Follow instructions to configure it (if needed) and Save it.
ルールが完成するまで、コンポーネントを追加し続けます。
(Optional) Select Rule details to change default functionality settings (like Owner and Actor).
自動化ルールをまだ命名していない場合は、命名します。
Select the Turn it on button to save and enable your rule.

After you enable your rule, confirm that it runs successfully by viewing Status in the automation audit log.
After you name your rule and select Turn it on, you’ll see a confirmation image of a green toggle switch. When new rules are created, they are enabled by default – so you’ll also see the rule’s activity status change from New to Enabled.
If you don’t want your rule to begin running yet, a functional switch in the top right can be toggled to the off position. Alternatively, select Return to list to go back to the automation Rules tab. The name of your new rule will appear in the rules table, in alphabetical order. Find the row with the name of your rule and toggle the Enabled switch to the off position.
