Confluence の機密データのリダクションを行う

Guard Detect で機密性の高いデータが検出されると、アラートが送信されます。このアラートには、調査に役立つ機密データの抜粋が含まれています。データが機密扱いで Confluence に保管するべきではないと判断した場合、スペース権限やページ制限にかかわらず、アラートからデータのリダクションを直接行うことができます。

リダクションの対象となるデータは、ページの抜粋で赤色でハイライトされます。ハイライトされているものすべてに対してリダクションが行われます。

アラートから機密データのリダクションを行うには、次の手順に従います。

1. Guard Detect で、 ヘッダーから [Alerts (アラート )] を選択します。

2. コンテンツ スキャン アラートに移動します。

3. ハイライトされた機密データと調査手順を確認して、データのリダクションが必要かどうかを判断します。

4. [Redact (リダクション)] を選択します。

5. 機密データを含む過去のバージョンも削除するかどうかを確認します。

機密データは削除され、ページの現在のバージョンでは実線に置き換えられ、機密データを含む過去のバージョンはページ履歴から削除されます (該当するオプションを選択した場合)。

Delete an attachment from an alert

Guard can’t redact sensitive data in an attachment because attachments are files, not editable page content. When Guard finds an attachment containing sensitive data, you have the option to delete the attachment. This option deletes the attachment and replaces it with a placeholder file in the current version of the page and any historical versions that contained the sensitive attachment.

アラートから機密データのリダクションを行うには、次の手順に従います。

1. Guard Detect で、 ヘッダーから [Alerts (アラート )] を選択します。

2. Navigate to a content scanning alert with an attachment.

3. ハイライトされた機密データと調査手順を確認して、データのリダクションが必要かどうかを判断します。

4. Select Delete attachment.

5. Read through the warning message and confirm when you’re ready.

To restore a deleted attachment, use the Guard Detect API within 30 days of its deletion. After that time, it’s permanently deleted.

考慮事項

• When you delete an attachment, it can only be restored through the Guard Detect API for a limited time of 30 days. After 30 days, the file is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

• If you choose to remove page history, any page versions that contain the sensitive data are deleted. This works the same as manually deleting a version from the page history. It can’t be restored, and any information about the deleted versions, including who edited, will be lost. A new version will be added for the redaction with a comment, and the Changed by column will show the administrator who performed the redaction. About Confluence page versions and history

• The user who published or updated the Confluence page will be notified that sensitive data has been redacted. The notification includes the name of the person who performed the redaction.

A Guard Detect admin can redact sensitive data regardless of their app access, space permissions, or page restrictions.

アラートには Guard Detect 管理者の調査に役立つ少量のコンテキストが含まれていますが、権限がないとアイテムのコンテンツ全体を表示することはできません。

トラブルシューティング

何らかの理由でリダクション リクエストが失敗した場合は、機密データを手動で削除できます。リダクションが失敗する理由としては次のものがあります。

• アイテムに含まれる機密データのインスタンスが多すぎる。

• Inconsistent formatting.

• アラートが送信された後に機密データが手動で削除された。
