Set space admin controls and defaults
Data classification rules are part of an early access program. You may see a difference between the information below and your Guard administration experience.
Before you set space admin controls, make sure you understand how data classifications work.
Who can do this? |
Set space admin controls
You can use this setting to control whether space admins can set a default classification level to any level of sensitivity, or restricted to a more sensitive level only.
To set whether users can update classification levels:
移動 Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Select Security > Data protection > Data classification.
Select the Settings tab to display a list of settings.
Select the Space admin controls setting.
From the slide-out panel, select from the options available.
Select Update, then Update again to confirm your choice.
Set a space default data classification level
Make sure your spaces are also set to any intended default classification levels.
The process for setting a default classification level at the app level varies depending on whether you are using Confluence or Jira apps.
Confluence: Set a default classification level for content
Jira Service Management: Set a default classification level for work items
