分類レベルを作成する

There are two ways to set up classification levels for your organization. As an organization admin, you can start with a template of common classification levels, or you can create your own classification levels that you can revise as necessary based on your company policy. What is data classification?

Classification levels are created for the organization, which means it’s not possible to create different classification levels for separate apps. Classification levels can be used in Confluence, Jira, and Jira Service Management.

オプション 1: テンプレートから始める

テンプレートを使用すると、最も一般的に使用される 4 つの分類レベルから始めて、設定後に何ができるかを検討できます。

テンプレートから始めるには次の手順に従います。

1. 移動 Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.

2. Select Security > Data protection > Data classification.

3. [テンプレートを使用する] を選択します。

4. [開始する] を選択します。

会社のニーズに応じて、これらの分類レベルを追加、編集、またはアーカイブすることができます。

オプション 2: 独自に作成する

会社にデータ分類ポリシーがある場合は、会社のポリシーに合わせて独自の分類レベルを作成できます。

初めて分類レベルを作成するには次の手順に従います。

1. 移動 Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.

2. Select Security > Data protection > Data classification.

3. [分類レベルの作成] を選択します。

4. Enter a name for your classification level.

5. Optionally, add a color, a definition, and guidelines in rich text.

6. Select Next to display a preview of your classifcation rule.

7. If you need to create additional rules, select Save and create another.

8. When you’ve created all your rules, select Save.

Any new rules you create are saved as drafts. You will still need to publish your rules to activate them.

分類レベルは最大 10 個まで作成できます。分類レベルがすでに 10 個あるときに新しい分類レベルを作成する必要がある場合は、まず分類レベルをアーカイブします。分類レベルのアーカイブ方法についてはこちらをご確認ください。

Make classification levels visible to users

Classification levels are always created and saved as drafts. When you’re ready for your users to start seeing or using classification levels on pages in Confluence or work items in Jira or Jira Service Management, you can publish your classification levels.Publish a classification level
