Prevent migration failure by upgrading to Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant 3.3.7 or higher
We are ending support for all older versions of Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant.
You won’t be able to use the following versions:
Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant 3.3.6 and lower
We are continuously improving our migration tooling and expanding their existing capabilities. For a smoother and more stable migration experience, we recommend upgrading to the latest version of Confluence Cloud Migration assistant within six weeks of its release.

The Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant is an app available for Confluence Server and Data Center.
Supported versions
The Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant is pre-installed in Confluence 6.15 and later.
If you're on an unsupported Server or Data Center version and don't have active maintenance on your server license (which is required to upgrade), you can use a free trial license to upgrade in preparation for your migration. Learn how to migrate with an expired Server license
Before you begin
Here’s some prerequisite information:
Allowlist Atlassian domains and IP addresses in your network
If your Confluence Server or Data Center instance is behind a firewall, you need to allow access for domains and IP addresses needed by the assistant. Learn more about IP addresses and domains
Install the Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant
To install the assistant:
In Confluence Server or Data Center, go to Administration > Manage apps.
Select Find new apps.
Search for Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant.
Select Install.
Update the Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant
To update the assistant:
In Confluence Server or Data Center, go to Administration > Manage apps.
Select Manage apps.
Search for Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant.
Select Update.
Open the Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant
To open the assistant:
In Confluence Server or Data Center, go to Administration > Migration Assistant.
