Prepare users for the migration

Prepare your users by reviewing email domains, resolving duplicate group names, and making sure you have enough licenses in cloud.

Review email domains before the migration
Mark email domains found in your user directory as trusted to avoid giving access to suspicious domains.
Resolve duplicate group names to avoid permission escalation
Rename your groups to make them unique. This helps you avoid granting users incorrect permissions by accident.
Check if you have enough cloud licenses for users
Activate your Cloud migration trial and check if your cloud subscription allows you to migrate all of your users.
