Migrate users to Atlassian Cloud

Complete all of these tasks to migrate users to Atlassian Cloud and to make sure they have the required permissions and product access.

Migrate users and groups before other data
Migrate users and groups separately to speed up your migration. Your users can also learn the ropes as you continue to migrate data.
Review product access for migrated groups
Review and approve the migrated product access to make sure your users can log in to their products.
Reassign admins to blocklisted admin groups
Recreate the groups that couldn't be migrated and reassign their admins.
Invite users to Atlassian Cloud after the migration
Let your users know their Atlassian Cloud accounts are ready.
