Collect feedback from internal stakeholders

With Jira Product Discovery you can have a direct feedback channel between customers, users and internal teams. There are different ways to collect feedback:

  1. Gather insights with Jira Service Management to receive feedback from customers and internal teams.

  2. Set up a dedicated Slack channel #product-feedback to receive feedback from internal teams (it also works with Teams).

  3. Comment, publish and export views with other teams and gather their feedback using fields and votes to receive feedback from internal teams.
