Transform product ideas into business impact.
When you are on a Free plan; everyone can open the project. Any user with creator product access is a creator and an admin on the project, and any user with contributor product access can act as a contributor to the project. Under a Free plan, nobody can change the project access level. You must be on a Standard plan to change the project access level.
If your project had a set project access level before you moved to a Free plan.
Under a Free plan, nobody can change the project access level at all. You need to be on a Standard plan. However, if you are on a paid plan before, you can remove the project.
Here you can define the default access level that anyone with access to the site has when opening the project. There are three project access levels:
Private - Only the users you specify can open the project.
Limited - Everyone can open the project as a contributor but only users you specify can act as creators.
Open - Every contributor can view the project as a contributor, and every creator is a creator in the project.
You need to be a project admin to change the access levels.
To change a user’s project access
