In your Jira instance, at the top right side of the screen, select > Billing.
In the billing preview, go to Jira Product Discovery, and click Manage.
On the subscription page, select Change plan and select Standard or Free. This will auto-direct you to create a support ticket for our team to downgrade your plan.
Alternatively, you can contact us to request a downgrade.
Your feedback helps us to create better products and experiences. During the Early Access Program, you will receive an in-product survey to provide feedback on premium features.
