Sandbox support

During our beta, there were no limitations on the product, and customers were able to add Jira Product Discovery to their sandbox sites. 

As of May 2023, the Jira Product Discovery beta has ended. Currently, Jira Product Discovery doesn't offer a Premium plan, which means the sandbox functionality is yet unavailable for this product.
Consequently, we've removed Jira Product Discovery from the existing sandbox site and prevented the option to add it to any sandboxes.

After launching the Premium plan, we’ll support the sandbox functionality consistent with the behavior of other Jira products.
