Data Source Aggregate

Data Manager is included in all Service Collection Premium and Enterprise plans.

The Data Source Aggregate is a general adapter used to merge data from multiple jobs of the same type into a single data source view in Data Manager.

This task requires Data Manager & Adapters admin permissions to complete. See how permissions and roles work in Data Manager.

For example, if your environment includes:

  • Prod Active Directory and Dev Active Directory jobs with different credentials, you can use the Data Source Aggregate to gather them into a single data source so they appear as one source in Data Manager.

To configure and use the Data Source Aggregate Adapter, you create an aggregate job that defines which underlying data sources to merge.
