Import your data into Assets

This task requires Data Manager admin permissions.

Use this process to:

1. Export and download cleaned and reconciled data from Data Manager as a CSV.

2. Import the CSV into Assets using the standard Assets import process.

Export CSV data from Data Manager

1. From the sidebar, select Assets.

2. In Data Manager, select Object classes.

3. Select an Object class to view.

4. Ensure the records in view are those you wish to export, add an Advance search or a Saved search if you want a filter.

5. Select the export icon (top right).

6. Data Manager processes your request in the background.

7. Your system will notify you when the export is in progress and complete.

8. Download the file; which is then created in your Downloads folder on your device.
