Audit log of fetch and transform
Data Manager is included in all Service Collection Premium and Enterprise plans.
The Audit Logs screen; which is available from the ellipses (…) on the Object classes screen shows information about fetch and transform tasks that were run for each data source.
Use the Audit Logs screen to review details of completed fetch run by the Adapters client or transforms ran within Data Manager.
This task requires Data Manager Adapters admin permissions.
To view a completed fetch:
From the app switcher, select Assets.
Select Data Manager in the sidebar.
Select Object classes in the sidebar.
Select the ellipse (…).
Select Audit logs in the menu.
Each row corresponds to a completed fetch or transform.
Columns:
Action – what action was performed (Fetch or transform).
Started on – time the task started.
Duration – time (ms) required to receive data from the file, database, or tool.
Number of records - the number of records fetched or transformed.
Status – job status:
Tick – job completed successfully.
Cross – job completed with errors. Select the icon to view error details.
Last updated by – identifier of the machine and individual that ran the fetch or transform.
Updated – date & time teh fetch or transform completed.
