Tracking your usage in Assets

Usage is measured by object count against your plan allowance. This page shows you how to see your own usage. To understand how the count works, see Assets usage and how it works.

You can track the number of Assets objects in schemas and the number of schemas.

This is the total number of objects included in all schemas across your site except the following schemas:

• Software Registry (schema name: a_software_registry, key: A_SR)

• Business Portfolio (schema name: a_business_portfolio, key: A_BP)

• Services (currently being deprecated, schema name: Services, key: SVC) Read more about Services.

This means the number may include objects in schemas that are hidden from some people, depending upon roles and permissions. Read more about roles.

You're notified as your usage approaches your allowance - at 80% and again at 100%. If you reach your allowance, your options are to add capacity or reduce the number of objects you're counting. Track your Assets usage

You can see your current usage in two places. Usage can only be managed in Atlassian Administration.

If you're on a sandbox, your usage won't appear in Atlassian Administration at launch. You can still see your sandbox object count in Assets settings, under App usage.

To see your usage in Assets settings:

1. Go to the app switcher and select Assets.

2. Select Settings, then Assets settings.

3. View the number of schema objects and schemas on the App usage page.

To see your usage in Atlassian Administration, go to Insights, then Platform usage.
