Reset sessions for external users

When you reset sessions, we log out all external users in ten minutes. External users need to verify their identity the next time they access product data in your organization. Reset sessions only apply to:

  • web sessions not mobile sessions

  • external users in a policy that you’ve turned on

To reset sessions:

  1. Go to admin.atlassian.com and select your organization if you have more than one.

  2. Select Security > External users.

  3. Select an External user policy or Test policy.

  4. Select Reset sessions.
