Make external user policy non-billable
A non-billable policy allows you to apply a certain level of security. You’re able to require external users to verify their identity with a one-time password.
To make the external user policy non-billable:
Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Select Security > External users.
Select External user policy.
Select one of these settings: one-time password or none.
From the Settings page, select Make policy non-billable in the (•••) menu.
Select Update.
When you edit an external user policy and make it non-billable, you’re unable to:
Enforce single sign-on
