Learn about security solutions and standards
Care about security? We do too. Learn what Atlassian does and what you can do too.
Who can do this? |
As an Organization admin, you can export a list of all your organization’s accounts to a CSV file. The file includes this information for each account:
Name
Atlassian ID
Status (active or deactivated)
Last active (when a user was last active)
Claimed (whether the account is claimed by another organization or not)
Billable (members who count towards your Atlassian Guard Standard bill)
Policy type (billable or non-billable policy)
SAML single sign-on (if member logs in with SAML single sign-on)
Two-step verification (if two-step verification is enabled for members)
Verified email (verified or not)
Bitbucket, Confluence, Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Jira Service Management, OpsGenie, StatusPage, Trello (if users accesses product, it appears in a CSV file)
To export accounts:
Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.
This step is different depending on your user management experience:
- Original: Select Directory > Domains.
- Centralized: Select Settings > Domains.
Select Export accounts from Actions.
Select Export to download the CSV file.
You will receive an email with a link to the CSV file.
It may take a few minutes to receive the CSV file in your email when you have a large number of accounts. The unique download link in the email expires in 24 hours. Other organization admins can download the file with the link.
