サブスクリプションを解約する

1. Statuspage 管理インターフェイスの右上にあるアバターをクリックします。

2. [請求] を選択します。

3. サブスクリプションをキャンセルするページを選択します。

請求情報の下に [サブスクリプションをキャンセル] が表示されている場合は、次の手順に従います。

1. [サブスクリプションをキャンセル] を選択します。

2. [確認] を選択します。

   • Cancellation will go into effect at the end of your current billing period. Contact support to reactivate your billing.

請求情報の下に [ここをクリック] と表示されている場合は、次の手順に従います。

1. [ここをクリック] を選択します。

2. [OK] を選択します。

   • Cancellation will go into effect immediately. Your page will become inactive, and no credit is given for the remaining time on your subscription. Contact support if you want your account data permanently deleted.

払い戻し

Per the Atlassian refund policy, we are only able to offer refunds within the first paid month of service for monthly subscriptions, and within 30 days of payment for annual subscriptions. After these periods, we cannot offer refunds.
