When you set session expiration in an authentication policy, users are automatically logged out when the specified time limit is reached, even if they are actively using the app. This enforces stricter security and compliance requirements by ensuring that sessions cannot remain active indefinitely. To set session expiration, you need verify at least one domain. When you verify a domain, all the Atlassian accounts that use email addresses from that domain become managed by your organization. Verify a domain to manage accounts

Set session expiration in an authentication policy
To set session expiration:
移動 Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Select Security > User security > Authentication policies.
変更するポリシーの [Edit (編集)] を選択します。
On the Settings page, select Expires after for Session expiration.
Set the maximum time users can stay logged in before being required to re-authenticate.
The new session expiration setting will apply to all users after their next login.
