Set mobile app session expiration

When you set mobile session expiration in an authentication policy, it applies to your managed accounts. To strike a balance between security and usability, we recommend you set a mobile session to 30 days. Mobile app users don’t want to re-log in too frequently.

To set mobile session expiration from an authentication policy:

1. admin.atlassian.com に移動します。 複数の組織がある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。

2. [セキュリティ] > [認証ポリシー] の順に選択します。

3. 変更するポリシーの [Edit (編集)] を選択します。

4. On the Settings page, select length of time for the mobile session.

When you update the mobile session expiration, we apply the setting immediately to members in the authentication policy.
